Juicy, anytime Tempranillo from the Toledo mountains. Fruity with ripe strawberry, fresh raspberry, and more black bramble fruit on the nose and palate, nice acidity and fine tannins that give some structure to the body. 

A family-run project, Finca Venta Don Quijote has been growing and tending to vines organically since the very beginning, in 2006. Despite being located in one of the warmest region of Spain, Jose Fernando is able to achieve a noticeable freshness in his wines, thanks to some of his vines growing at 780m altitude, as well as the cooling influence of the Toledo peaks.
