Age: 4 years, 5 months entire maturation

Nose: Warm apple pie with an All Spice shortcrust & a cinnamon anglaise. Blackcurrants & sultana muesli. Clove streusel & vanilla pods.

Palate: All Spice Crème Brûlée, vanilla cream puffs & oaky American Oak. Red apple skins with stewed Black Currants underlying with vanilla and All Spice.

Finish: The longer it breathes, the more the spice dissipates. And the more caramelised dark berry fruits come out. Dark and Jammy to finish like a heavily caramelised Jammy Dodger!
