Citrusy Chardonnay deliciousness from family estate Domaine Builliat. Lemon curd and chamomile flowers on the nose, and more on the palate, as well as ripe yellow pear and some chalky minerality. Smooth and dry with lovely high acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. 

Run by father and son Noël and Loïc Bulliat, Domaine Builliat comprises 8 different appellations within the Beaujolais region. The grapes are cultivated organically and a minimal intervention approach is employed both in and out of the vineyard.
