ORGANIC / VEGAN
This medium-bodied white wine has a lovely straw-yellow color with a hint of green. It’s super aromatic, bursting with ripe fruit and spices, plus a little touch of oak. The palate matches the nose perfectly, with a slightly creamy texture from six months of aging on the lees. Despite that richness, it still feels refreshingly crisp. Beautifully balanced and a great option for Palomino lovers!
This wine is crafted from handpicked Fernão Pires grapes, which are fermented using natural yeasts and aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
