ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / LOW SULPHITE
This is not your average Pinot Noir. This biodynamic number is rich and juicy, with mouth-watering acidity and densely packed fruit. Red and black bramble fruit dance along with hints of baking spices and a slightly earthy note. Medium bodied with fine tannins. Aged for 12 months in old oak. Bottled with minimal sulphur.
Matthieu and Marie Boesch could technically release most of their wines at Grand Cru level (and charge a lot more money for them), but they set such high standards for themselves that they choose to downgrade most of them. They work with such precision and care, their wines hold incredibly good value and will only improve with time.
