Forest wines® Henners Pinot Gris, England – 9408853147938

The Pinot Gris was sourced from two sites in Suffolk and Essex. The fruit was hand harvested and 10% of the wine was barrel aged to help build weight, body and texture. A classic aperitif wine with a light aromatic nose with pear, quince, green apple, lime and under ripe nectarine notes. On the palate it is dry, fruity and vibrant, with orchard fruits such as pear, apple and white peach.  There are delicate spice notes such as white pepper balanced with a creaminess and roundness on the palate that creates a long finish.
