A great budget option for Pomerol lovers, this wine is deep garnet in the glass, and full of blackcurrant and black cherry aromas. The first sip is smooth and balanced, with well-developed tannins and a touch of pepper and smoke from the Petit Verdot. Super balanced between spice and fruit, leading to a clean, satisfying finish.

Benjamin Hessel, part of the new generation leading Chateau des Annereaux, is passionate about making a lasting impact on both his team and future generations. Under his guidance, the family estate has embraced agroecology principles by planting saplings, wild hedges, and fruit trees, as well as installing beehives and bat boxes along the vineyard. The estate has been certified organic since 2010, as well as earning the prestigious B Corp certification.
