Jumping Juice is a fun, experimental collaboration between Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge, two close friends passionate about making playful, easy-drinking wines. Their project explores fruit parcels from all across Australia, using minimal intervention to let the fruit shine.

One of their standout bottles is a dynamic blend that varies each year. This vintage is an amber-rosé blend featuring mostly skin-contact Pinot Gris, along with a lively mix of Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and more. It’s light-hearted, intriguing, and best enjoyed chilled—perfect for raising a glass with friends.
