Hand-harvested Müller Thurgau grapes (a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royal) undergo a three-week skin contact before fermenting with wild yeast, resulting in a lively and zesty orange Pet Nat. Expect a wave of tangy grapefruit with a savory finish -a bit of a shake will release all that deliciousness, but be sure to let it settle a bit before popping the cork!

Run by fifth-generation winemakers Daniel and Jonas Brand, this winery is rooted in pure natural wine practices. Their approach: no fining, filtration, or excess sulfur—just the unfiltered essence of nature. Plus, the labels? A special touch, designed by their grandmother.
