Lochlea Cask Strength Batch 2 is a new batch matured in a combination of PX Sherry, Oloroso Sherry, and STR casks, giving the whisky a beautiful deep ruby colour. Compared to award-winning hit Batch 1, which used first-fill Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks, Batch 2 offers a distinctly different profile.
Bottled at 60% abv, with natural colour and non-chill filtered.
