The latest addition to our Cask Collaboration Series, this 12-year-old blended malt from Speyside has been finished in French oak casks from Domaine Dupont, bringing a unique twist to the classic Speyside profile. The Calvados cask finish imparts layers of baked apple sweetness and a touch of oaky spice, enhancing the whisky’s natural florality and complexity.

Tasting Notes: Expect notes of honeyed florality, baked red apples, and vanilla cream, with hints of pink peppercorn and ginger from the Calvados cask finish, all beautifully balanced with the rich, malty character of Speyside.
