Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend is a limited release bourbon distilled by James B. Beam Distilling Co. and finished in collaboration with The House of Suntory.

It was distilled by Beam and aged in Kentucky for 8 years, and was then sent to the outskirts of Kyoto, Japan for finishing and blending in its distinct warm and humid climate.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Bags of liquor ice, charred oak, vanilla, spices, cinnamon, cloves, caramel, dark honey, woody notes, dried fruits, plums, figs, earthy undertones, dark chocolate, cocoa, and cigar tobacco.

Palate: Punchy and spicy with cooked fruits, more liquor ice, charred oak, spices, cinnamon, cloves, subtle sweetness, tobacco, woody, pepper, a hint of menthol, and a touch of citrus.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering liquor ice, spices, and woody notes.
